Article 2 Section 1 SC Constitution says:
All elections by the people shall be by secret ballot, but the ballots shall not be counted in secret. The right of suffrage, as regulated in this Constitution, shall be protected by laws regulating elections and prohibiting, under adequate penalties, all undue influence from power, bribery, tumult, or improper conduct.
We have the right to know how our vote is counted
Our grievance is that our election process in OUR state no longer holds the confidence of The People
It is the job of the Legislature to provide free and fair safe and secure elections.
Our Constitution gives us the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.

When you sign the notice and affidavit
An affidavit is a legal, sworn statement.
SC Safe Elections Notice/Affidavit:
- Serves notice that the people require a full forensic audit
- Asserts the political power of the people of South Carolina as provided by the South Carolina constitution.
- Holds our elected officials accountable to the people of South Carolina
- Requires those who represent the people to respond in written form within 10 days of receipt
- If no response is given, the people can hold those in office to maladministration of their obligation to the people as outlined in the South Carolina Constitution
